The good: Connect the attachment to your mobile device and see a live thermal image of the world around you. Whether you're in the market for a new house, looking for heat leaks in your current home or just looking to play around with heat signatures, this camera is informative and fun. The heat signature where you've just walked shows footprints, and leaky windows are plain to see. Accompanying apps include the Flir One TimeLapse, which turns a series of thermal images into a time-lapse video to show the changes in room temperature over time.
