ProShot, a popular premium Windows Phone camera has been teasing the upcoming release of a Windows 10 Version over the last few months. Today, the developers finally announced that the new app is nearly completed and that a lot of work has been done to rebuild the app from scratch for the new operating system.
While certain legacy features such as filters are no longer supported, ProShot for Windows 10 is announced to be "better, faster, and more efficient than ever before." Furthermore, the developers brought several new features such as video support with advanced settings for power users, while the "Light Painting" feature promises to enable "a fun new way to paint with light and see your results magically develop in real-time."

While the developers did not share a release date today, they promised that Proshot for Windows 10 will be delivered "as quickly as we can." Furthermore, they added that they will consider bringing back legacy features if there's enough demand from users.
