I updated the laptop of my daughter from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1.
The integrated webcam is correct installed and also the drivers are up to date.
I also ran the diagnostic test and everything was OK.
When i open de camera app, iti tells me there seems something wrong with the camera and i should go to the website of the manufacturer for more information.
I have tried everything i could find, but i can not solve this issue.
