After rolling out OxygenOS 2.2.0 in December last year, OnePlus is now seeding the OxygenOS 2.2.1 update for OnePlus 2. The update brings significant camera update, some bug fixes and under the hood improvements to offer optimal performance. Sadly, the Android version is still stuck on 5.1 Lollipop and users will have to wait a little more until the OnePlus 2 is treated with Marshmallow 6.0 update.
The OnePlus Camera app now gets support for RAW image capture. While users were previously able to capture RAW photos via third-party apps, the support is now a part of built-in camera app as well. For those unaware, a RAW image is unprocessed file captured from a digital camera or image sensor. In case of other formats, there is post processing to compress and enhance the image.
Besides RAW support, the software update also includes patches for bugs related to Bluetooth, roaming, image corruption and Ultra SIM compatibility. It also gets the latest OS patches from Google for known security bugs.

To update your OnePlus 2 to the latest OS version, head over to Settings > About Phone > System Updates. Do note, as the rollout of this OTA (over-the-air) update is being done gradually, it may take a while until it hits your device.
OnePlus had earlier mentioned that Android 6.0 Marshmallow update would arrive by the end of Q1 2016. Considering the company sticks to the timeline, the update could arrive in roughly 25 days.
